Join us at Cathkin Braes and help grow a new woodland—plant a tree, make a difference! Part of the Glasgow City's 850th Birthday celebration
Join Clyde Climate Forest for a tree planting day at Cathkin Braes and make a real impact!
Together, we’ll plant 850 trees—contributing to an ambitious 10,000-tree project that will reconnect woodlands and enhance nature networks to improve biodiversity. This ambitious project is part of Glasgow’s 850th Anniversary! It's a milestone, everyone is invited and every tree counts.
Tools and training will be provided. No experience required.
Bring warm, waterproof clothes and sturdy footwear - appropriate to the weather conditions and that you do not mind getting muddy.
Session starts at 10am and finishes at 3pm with a lunch break in the middle. Tea and coffee will be provided.
Meet at the Cathkin Braes Car Park, accessed off the B759 Cathkin Road, Glasgow, G45 9QL.
