In a world of instant, digital, online global interconnectedness, why is it that we can feel more disconnected and isolated from others than ever before? On this course, through exploring Buddha’s teachings on loving kindness, we will learn how we can bridge this gap and experience a sense of profound connection with others, which in turn will bring us greater inner peace and happiness.
