Enjoy the benefits of Cacao, the fun and releasing power of dance, finishing off with a healing, soothing sound bath.
Are you looking for something a bit different to do on a Thursday evening? To be with like-minded people who want to feel better more and not be judged by people? To be ok with being your authentic self whilst dancing and having fun! Then join us to share cacao, set private intentions then have fun dancing and releasing tensions. Finishing up with an amazing sound bath facilitated by Wildfox Wellness. You will be re-energised and feel inspired.

Set an intention whilst enjoying cacao
Connect with the joy of cacao and set a private intention for the evening. Enjoy the heart opening benefits of cacao and be at one with yourself or connect with others.

Dance, have fun, release!
Time to let go! Dance, connect with others or close your eyes go inward, feel the vibrations of the music and release all energy that is feeling stuck in you. Move, release have fun. It is so powerful!

Amazing sound bath time!
Get comfortable, sit or lie down ( some mats and blankets will be available or bring your own) and surrender to the vibrations of the sound bath. Enjoy and relax and feel the bliss!

How do I access the venue?
Just a 30 secs into East Campbell St, on the left hand side you will come to a building, after passing 2 locked car parks. At15 East Campbell St. You just need to buzz the top buzzer for entry. Someone will be at the entrance from 6.30pm until 7.15pm, wait if person not there as taking people in...
Photographs are not taken at this event as it is your private space and time to feel free and uninhibited as you enjoy cacao, dance and the sound bath.
