Glasgow Orchestral Society is delighted to showcase British composer Gustav Holst whose 150th anniversary of birth was celebrated in 2024. Headlining this concert is his famous and astrologically inspired work The Planets featuring Mars ‘The Bringer of War’ and Jupiter ‘The Bringer of Jollity’.
