The winner of the first ever Great British Bake Off joins us to launch his latest cookbook, focusing on the joys of Chocolate Baking!
Edd Kimber won the first ever series of The Great British Bake Off and ever since has been helping the nation bake mouth-watering treats with his series of cookbooks, and now he has turned his attention to that most wonderful ingredient of all: chocolate.
With wickedly indulgent and truly delicious recipes ranging from classics like layer cakes to modern takes like Miso white chocolate cookies, there's something for every tastebud in Chocolate Baking.
Edd will be joining us to discuss the pleasure he gets from baking, the unique properties of chocolate as an ingredient and focus, and more, as well as sharing samples from Bare Bones Chocolate with the audience, before signing copies of his books.
