• Self-massage tutorial to support lymphatic drainage, with simple techniques you can weave into your daily routine.
• Indian head massage to stimulate the vagus nerve and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
• Guided group meditation to calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation.
• Herbal tea & nourishing snacks to enjoy together
