Guests will enjoy an intimate author talk with Dr Fagan, whose powerful body of work includes The Panopticon, The Sunlight Pilgrims and her latest novel, The Delusions. Known for her bold storytelling and distinctive voice, Dr Fagan will discuss her writing process, the themes behind her work and take part in a live audience Q&A.
The Sip & Swap format adds something special to the experience. Attendees are invited to bring up to four books to exchange, with hundreds of titles available to browse and take home. Alongside the literary conversation, guests will be served coffee, tea or fizz and croissants, creating a relaxed Sunday morning setting designed for connection and discovery.
Founded by Heather Suttie, Bookface has grown into one of the UK's most engaged reading communities, hosting regular sold-out events that celebrate authors and bring readers together in real life.
Heather Suttie, Founder of Bookface, said: “I created this book club in 2020 because I wanted readers to feel part of something welcoming and generous. Books connect us in powerful ways, and bringing people together in a beautiful space like Glaschu to hear from a writer as extraordinary as Jenni is exactly what this community is about. It’s relaxed, it’s thoughtful, and it reminds us why stories matter.”
