Women Only Self Defence Course starting on Thursday, 12th of March, 6-7pm, come along! Glasgow Club Kelvinhall, 4 weeks, no gym membership required! Only £40 for the 4-weeks!
The course focuses on empowerment, building self-confidence and teaching invaluable self-defence skills that are particularly important nowadays! We will cover awareness, prevention, de-escalation techniques and practical and realistic self-defence techniques adapted to women. No minimum fitness level or experience required!
This serious subject is being taught in a fun and engaging manner and will be led by a female instructor. Come along, try a new hobby, increase your self-confidence, learn something new and meet like-minded others!
No experience is necessary. All you need is comfortable gym-type clothing, trainers, and a bottle of water. We'll take care of the rest!
