Often, it can be exhausting and confusing.This talk moves beyond labels, stereotypes, and stigma to share insights from lived experience and professional practice about the real experiences of neurodivergent individuals at work. It explores masking - what it is, why it happens, and the emotional and professional toll it can take. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of neurodivergence, along with practical strategies, tools, and knowledge of support options to navigate the workplace with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
