Spring is here! Time to shake off the dust and move into the lighter months. Yoga and journalling - move, reflect and daydream!
Join us for 60 minutes of slow flow yoga followed by some spring-themed journaling. Emerging from the cold and dark of winter, we will warm our bodies through mindful yoga practice, linking breath to movement. A blend of balance, strength and rest to leave you feeling energised and restored ahead of the lighter months. Bring a journal/notebook and pen!
This class is suitable for all levels of experience. You can practice on a mat or if you are a wheelchair user you can practice from your chair. The studio is on the 5th floor and there is lift access. There is a wheelchair lift to navigate the steps to the main lift. Use of this lift can be pre-arranged so if you need it, please let me know ahead of class. I am planning to offer additional classes at ground floor level in the coming months.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to make sure we are able to start on time.
