At the center roars Aayama Forcefield, a magnetic presence with a raw, evocative voice that feels both volcanic and luminous. Her powerful vocals soar through an orchestral landscape of sonic textures, haunting and uplifting, intimate and immense. Her movement is fiercely charged with a captivating energy.
Max Forcefield anchors the experience on bass, sculpting a deep, resonant current that holds their world in orbit. His finely calibrated playing keeps the music grounded while he orchestrates a visual spectacle that unfolds in perfect synchronicity with the sound. He is producer, conductor, and musical architect.
Surrounding them is a mesmerizing living canvas of projections: original film sequences, hand-drawn animation, and kaleidoscopic imagery. Scenes flicker into memory and dissolve. Lines sketched by hand pulse with life. The stage becomes a shifting cascade of light and motion.
The result is catharsis. Connection. Uplifting. Transcendent.
There are echoes of the soulful command of Annie Lennox, the nocturnal allure of Portishead, and the layered orchestration of Pink Floyd. They have been described as "Florence + the Machine meets David Byrne in a cosmic cathartic dream." Yet The Forcefields remain wholly their own.
Their most recent single LION TAMER was named Record of the Week by BBC Cornwall and BBC Devon.
Evenings include activations pre- and post- concert. Join us in the glow and together let's raise the cosmic vibration.
THIS EVENING will be supported by THE STELLAR ANDERSON PROJECT performing!
