Douglas runs weekly Kettlebell Classes at Stamperland Community Hall on Sundays at 10.45am & 11.15am and on Tuesdays at 6pm & 6.30pm.
Kettlebells are a great way to build muscle and burn fat in a shorter period of time due to the continual three-dimensional movement. The dynamic nature of kettlebell training requires co-ordination and control; also challenging your stability and core. So twice the results in half the time!
