FBX is a new concept in fitness training. It is a fixed 20 minute, maximal intensity, rest based workout.
The workouts utilise functional compound bodyweight exercises to activate all the major muscle groups and optimise overload.
This is accomplished by frequent manipulation of the training variables meaning the neuromuscular system does not have a chance to become accustomed to the applied workout.
The classes have been formulated with a carefully structured scientific approach. The effects are felt and the results are fast. It’s tried, it’s tested, and it works.
The main workout only takes 20 minutes to deliver (1% of your day).
