We run 6 early morning express fitness classes a week in a lovely studio at Activ Tailored Fitness in the center of Glasgow. The classes are 20 minutes long and are a HIIT (high intensity interval training) format. This means you will be working for extended periods very intensely but also will have short rest periods. HIIT is one of the most effective ways to get an all over intense, calorie burning, strength enhancing work out in a short space of time. The classes will vary from week to week. There will be great music, a timer and myself to help push you to your limits!
We have a capacity of 10 ladies per class. This enables everyone to have enough space and attention to get the most out of your work out. We operate on a booking only policy so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
The beautiful modern studio is located right in the heart of the city at 3 Dundas House, Dundas Street, G1 2AH.
Classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30am and 7am.
