Moogety Garden is a new community garden in the making, built by local people for local people in the Elderpark area in Govan.
The garden is supported by Urban Roots, Elderpark Housing Association and NHS Scotland, and works in partnership with other local organisations such as Aberlour and Impact Arts.
Urban Roots Community Gardeners
Every Tuesday and Wednesday a team of volunteers work together around Toryglen maintaining and developing our local community gardens.
Join in our group of local residents in building a beautiful community garden and food hub, in partnership with Elderpark Housing Association & partner organisations.
Location: Corner of Uist Street and Nimmo Drive – the other entrance is behind Elderpark Community Centre (82 Elderpark Street, G51 3SS)
Meeting times : Wednesdays 6pm-8pm & Saturdays drop-in 12-4pm.
Children’s group: Thursdays 6-8pm (please register your interest before coming)
