Pacitti Community Garden is unique setting just off Paisley Road Toll on Glasgow's South side. The garden has been around for a number of years.
It can be easily reached from the town centre by underground - off at Shields Road. Walk towards Milnpark Street, which is on the right under the flyover and cross at the lights.
By bus alight at Stanley Street stop or at Govan Road.
Using the latter go through the lane and you will see the garden signs to your right.
The garden is used by all ages of groups.
Those groups come from the local schools, churches and other organisations.
Members come from afar as Helensburgh and Italy and local to Kinning Park.
A number of volunteers maintain the 'working garden.'
Come and chat, paint, have a cuppa with a friend, take photographs of the flora and fauna and generally have 'fun'!
