An Edinburgh institution since opening its doors in 1996, The Dome sits resplendent with its Graeco-Roman façade and Corinthian Portico in central George Street, in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town, welcoming local residents and those from across the world 362 days of the year. We are incredibly proud to be considered a first choice venue to meet family, friends and colleagues for Coffee, Cocktails, Tea, Lunch and Dinner in the magnificent and memorable surrounds of The Dome.
Our food is a celebration of simple and traditional Scottish favourites, embracing local produce from our rolling Scottish landscapes and bounteous shores. Our skilful and talented senior kitchen team, led by our Head Chef Sue Snider, have been developing and honing our menus to deliver quality and flavour daily for almost 20 years.
In addition to welcoming our regular guests and visitors, our elegant, sophisticated and versatile Conference Suites and Private Dining Facilities can accommodate a variety of events including Training Courses & Seminars, Corporate Dinners, Wedding Meals and Civil Partnership Celebrations.
