YogaBellies is now in Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire!
Firstly, congratulations on your upcoming pregnancy! Here is some information on my YogaBellies class:
YogaBellies Pregnancy Yoga classes (8 week block) are relaxed and informal and more are suitable for all women, whether new to yoga or with years of practice!
The weekly sessions include yoga postures to build strength and stamina for pregnancy and labour, breathing techniques, discussion on pregnancy related topics and deep relaxation to allow mums to remain calm and focused during pregnancy and birthing.
With your booking you receive a free gift of access to your YogaBellies e-pack where you will receive fantastic week by week information about all things pregnancy and also several downloads including our Music For Mothers and our YogaBellies Deep Relaxation & Self Hypnosis for Childbirth. You will also get a lovely YogaBellies canvas tote bag containing some local pregnancy services information.
We also make time for a cup of tea, a biscuit and chat - a chance to meet other mums locally!
Taught by a qualified perinatal yoga teacher who can advise on aspects of pregnancy and the post natal period.
Mats, drinks, biscuits etc are provided and classes are kept small to ensure you get plenty of one-to-one attention.
