El Perro Negro is bringing back its cult-favourite Breakfast Club menu. And this time, it's popping up once a month at the award-winning Woodlands Road restaurant - starting 29th June!

Set your alarms and prepare your taste buds as El Perro Negro brings their A-game to the Glasgow breakfast scene once again. This isn’t your average brunch. Think fried-to-order hash browns, sausage and egg muffins layered with black or white pudding, melted cheese, crispy hash, and a punch of chive. All built with the same focus on quality, flavour, and sourcing that’s made El Perro Negro one of the most respected names in the UK burger scene.
It's big on flavour. It’s unapologetic. It’s Breakfast Club, back by popular demand.
The pop-up will run on the last Sunday of every month, and the team is keeping it tight: one day only, with limited spaces available.. No walk-ins - so if you want in, you’ll need to book.
Expect a line-up of returning fan favourites and new heavy hitters, including:
• Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffins - loaded with your choice of black pudding, white pudding, or haggis, finished with a crispy hash brown and a hit of chive.
• Chicken, Egg & Hot Honey Butter Biscuit - new to the menu and already a future classic.
• Symplicity Veg Muffin with egg, cheese and hash brown - no compromise on flavour.
And of course, the much-loved golden hash browns, served straight up or smothered with garlic mayo & parmesan.
To drink? Start strong with a Bloody Mary from Bloody Drinks, spiked with vodka, pickle juice and just the right amount of fire. Or keep it classic with freshly brewed Dear Green Coffee – roasted in Glasgow and poured hot all morning.
Founder Nick Watkins said: “The reaction to Breakfast Club last year was huge! It became a bit of a thing. People were queuing before we opened. We knew we had to bring it back. It gives us a chance to do what we love: serve up proper breakfast food with real flavour, using the same quality ingredients we’re known for. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back in for it.”
