The late night food, drinks, and shopping mall will be transformed into a catwalk, with models starting at MAISON by Glaschu and walking their way through the mall to The Delphine, showcasing the latest in ready-to-wear luxury fashion. More than two thirds of the women who access Smart Works Scotland’s services gain jobs within one month.
Some of Princes Square’s favourite brands, including All Saints, French Connection and - Glasgow’s hotly anticipated upcoming opening - Anthropologie will all feature in the show, with shoes by Carvella and Kurt Geiger. SpaceNK will be contributing to the models’ makeup, with Bloom Salon doing the models’ hair. The theme of the show is ‘Fashion is a force for good’ - the motto and ethos by which Smart Works abides.

• £5 donation to Smart Works
• Charity fashion show and raffle
• Live DJ and afterparties

Courtney Flynn, The Superlative Collection says: “We are thrilled to team up with Smart Works Scotland and bring this special show to Princes Square. At Superlative Collection, we believe that fashion has the power to uplift communities and create positive change. This collaboration allows us to celebrate style while making a real impact. With three vibrant venues already in Princes Square, and a fourth on the way - we’re so proud to be part of the heartbeat of this iconic destination. Our aim of this event is to shine a spotlight on Princes Square as more than just a shopping destination - when the shops close, the party begins! We’re leaning into the pull of the centre to show Glasgow that when the doors shut, the fun truly starts and carries on into the wee hours.”
Yvonne Brady, Chair of the Board of Smart Works Scotland added: “We are delighted that Smart Works Scotland has been chosen as the charity partner for this year’s fashion show. This partnership is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate style and confidence – values that lie at the heart of what we do. Every outfit we provide and every coaching session we deliver helps women across Scotland feel empowered to realise their potential. We are so grateful to Princes Square for supporting our mission.”
Princes Square in Glasgow’s city centre is the perfect location for after-hours drinking and dining once the shops close. Tucked just off Buchanan Street, the bars and restaurants in the iconic Square transform the shopping mall into a hub for food and drink - whether you’re after a catch up with friends over dinner, or a lively bar for a big night out. With modern dining, innovative cocktails, and DJ sets, The Superlative Collection’s venues offer the perfect destination for your post-shopping evening.
The Fashion is a Force For Good fashion show will take place on Friday 21st November in Princes Square Buchanan Street, compèred by Adam Stewart. Guests are asked to arrive promptly at 6pm, with the show commencing at 6:10pm and finishing at 7:45pm, before the charity raffle starts at 7:55pm. Food will be served between 6:30pm and 8:00pm, and guests can head to their favourite Princes Square shops to shop the catwalk looks until 8pm. Models will move throughout Princes Square and down the escalators, showcasing looks from the square’s retailers to diners and shoppers in a dynamic, unconventional fashion show.
All guests are kindly asked to bring along an old handbag (with lots of love left!) or a smart piece of clothing (suit jacket/skirt/trousers/dress) to donate to Smart Works on the night.
