Mood boosting yoga session coming to sky high bar in Glasgow on Blue Monday
A stunning top floor bar and restaurant in Glasgow is giving people the chance to rise above the January blues with a free mood-boosting yoga class in the sky.

VEGA, the stylish penthouse bar above YOTEL on Argyle Street, is joining the new year health kick with an uplifting Blue Monday Yoga sunrise wellbeing session on Monday 19 January 2025.
Popular Glasgow-based yoga instructor Jacks Keith will be helping budding yogis and hotel guests alike welcome the year with an energising movement workshop from 8am - 8:45am.
The unique free session, which is open to all levels of experience, will take place in VEGA’s intimate Central View area, with stunning views over the Glasgow skyline providing the ultimate backdrop for a New Year reset.
What’s more, guests will have the opportunity to refresh and re-energise afterwards with a complimentary juice consisting of Apple and Cranberry, as well as 26% off breakfast, overlooking the city rooftops.
Spots are limited so those keen on the tranquil experience are encouraged to register their interest now.
Jacks, who is a multi disciplinary wellness expert, has a deep passion for helping others feel strong, connected and clear, with her wellness journey taking her from Chicago to Glasgow.
