Glasgow West End favourites, Five March and Rafas, are joining forces with Patron for the ultimate Margarita Month closing party on Sunday 22 March - a full day of tacos, cocktails and good vibes, rounded off with a DJ set from BEMZ and friends to take the celebrations into the night.

For the occasion, Five March has created a new margarita menu. Designed by Five March’s bar manager, David Anderson, there will be a limited-edition margarita menu with cocktails priced from £10.

The taco menu will include three dishes created by the Five March team and three dishes created by the Rafa’s team, priced at 3 tacos for £12.

Tacos include those with king prawns, chorizo and poblano crema made with charred peppers, lime, sour cream and garlic; Grilled Mushroom Birria with hen of the woods and oyster mushrooms, consomme and Oaxacan cheese; and Pulled Lamb Barbacoa with charred corn and Salsa Macha.

Joanna Nethery, owner of Five March, says: “The team and I are really excited to be throwing this party with our good friends and local legends, Rafa’s, and Patron for a Margarita Month closing party and especially excited to welcome them in for their first pop-up since announcing the closure of their Hidden Lane eatery. Both kitchen teams have brought their A-game with a taco menu full of fun and flavour, and with BEMZ and friends on the decks as the night kicks in, it's shaping up to be a brilliant Sunday. Come hungry and come thirsty, this one's going to be a lot of fun."
