Our hot yoga classes are held in inflatable, immersive studios - pods. Pod is an inflatable, cocoon-like, 20-person yoga space, heated to 37 degrees, designed to transport Hotpod Yoga-goers into an otherworldly setting.
We run classes 7 days a week. You can come straight from the office to wind down after work, during the day when kids are at school or at weekend to stretch out that runners hamstring.
Classes are open to all levels of experience. All bookings through our website.
