Pilates is a complete system of exercises to strengthen, promote flexibility and improve balance. Especially suitable for anyone with injury or chronic pain, as movements can be tailored to suit you and your body. Class sizes are limited for some individualised attention.

Kirsty has been teaching locally for over 15years and is qualified in both contemporary and classical forms of Pilates; as well as a number of other modalities aimed at helping you improve movement and function. If you are unsure, please get in touch for an informal chat.

Whether you are injured, stiff and achy or looking to improve tone and muscle strength then there is a class suitable for you.

Beginner? You are welcome in every class - however, not all beginners are the same, so a discussion with Kirsty, your teacher, will help guide you. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.
