As the name suggests, your typical LBT session features a number of exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. It’s a fantastic option for those who want to tone up.
The classes are £3.50 per head on Tuesday evenings at 18.45pm.
By car we are just 10 minutes away from Anniesland and 15 from Milengavie and Bearsden. By public transport the centre is within walking distance of Gilshochill Train station or alternatively bus numbers 8, 7 and 7a will drop you off just on our doorstep.
Activ Scotland offers a variety of classes for people of any fitness level and most ages. We have KidsFit classes, Metafit and TRX Blast classes, as well as a selection of yoga options.
