Our progressive programme is made up of 5 structured classes, which are tailored to suit to the age and stage of a child's development. Parents are actively involved in the early years classes up until 3 years whereby children participate alone to encourage independence and self confidence.

Using colorful wooden and foam equipment and supported by fully trained and friendly staff, children develop their physical skills of agility, balance, climbing, and co-ordination through hand held items.

Every class incorporates 'circle time' with action songs and rhymes which helps develop children's listening, language and memory skills enhancing their brain development as well as building their self-confidence.

By learning through play, and having fun at the same, children develop a positive attitude towards physical exercise giving them a head start and helping them in later life.
