Seasonal Flow
In seasonal yoga we change our practice to be in tune with the seasons. Winter is a slow, meditative practice with restorative and yin elements. In spring we embrace the days getting longer and the new upwards energy around us and start to build a stronger more energised practice. This energy peaks in summer with a strong fiery practice. Late summer is a transitional time where we continue to develop the strength of summer further developing our core strength but the practice begins to slow a little. In autumn the nights draw in and we move into a gentler practice that allows us to let go.

Adult with toddler in tow
It can be difficult to make it to class when we have young children at home. This class is a shorter 45minute class that you can come to with your toddler. Toddlers can toddle while you get some time on the mat. We will be finding space, stretching the body and building core strength in a relaxed and fun environment.
