The clinic was set up in 2014 by Paula Wilson, the owner, manager and principle therapist in the therapy centre. She is a degree qualified acupuncturist, with over 10 years experience as a therapist. She uses her skill and knowledge of Chinese medicine, combined with her western style training in massage and degree in psychology to help people find the best version of themselves, by promoting physical, emotional and mental well being.
We offer a FREE ongoing group acupuncture session for anyone who suffers with stress, depression, anxiety.
4 participants at a time get to enjoy auricular acupuncture to help reset their nervous system, encouraging a shift away from fight/flight/freeze and into a state where our bodies can rest properly and heal.
Doing this not only improves mood but has a knock on effect on digestion, sleep, and our bodies ability to repair itself even improves.
