The class mixes routines from Latin to Ballroom, always accompanied by great tunes!
Fitsteps delivers measurable fitness results through dance. Mixing the graceful steps of Ballroom dancing and the up-tempo steps of Latin dancing, together FitSteps creates a really fun, energetic and effective way to feel great. FitSteps is so much fun you don’t even realise you’re getting fit!
The routines are not performed with a partner so no need to worry about dancing with a stranger! Suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness - all dances can be tailored to suit you!

Tuesdays, 9.30 - 10.30am @ Bishopbriggs Guide Hall
Wednesdays, 7- 8 pm @ Balgrayhill Community Centre
Fridays, 9.30 - 10.30 am @ Auchinairn Community Centre
