The classes are based on the KG Hypnobirthing programme, the leading hypnobirthing method in the UK, and taught by Gillian Jarvie - KG Hypnobirthing teacher, pharmacist and mum of two.

Simply Positive Birth aims to empower couples to achieve a calm, confident and informed birth experience.

The complete birth antenatal class for parents-to-be aims to prepare parents-to-be both mentally and physically ready for pregnancy and birth.

Through birth education and invaluable breathing and relaxation techniques, parents-to-be can feel calm, prepared and positive during pregnancy and the birth itself.

This course can be offered in one-to-one format in the comfort of your own home or in a group setting. Simply Positive Birth offers free taster sessions on a regular basis - see website or social media for course details and taster information.
