Buggyfit offers a great, sociable way to get fit after having your baby. It is suitable for all levels of fitness as exercises can be adapted plus if you are carrying your next baby then it's safe to come along too!
It's a great way to get fit and make new friends in the process, classes usually end with a coffee & a chat!
