The OVO Hydro is a purpose-built entertainment venue in Glasgow. Opened in September 2013, it has a seating capacity of 12,000 and is one of the busiest indoor arenas in the world.
The OVO Hydro hosts a wide range of events, including concerts, comedy shows, sporting events, and conventions. It has welcomed some of the biggest names in music, such as Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and Beyoncé. The venue has also hosted major sporting events, such as the 2015 European Athletics Indoor Championships and the 2019 UCI Road World Championships.
In addition to its world-class events, the OVO Hydro is also a beautiful architectural landmark. The building was designed by Foster + Partners, one of the world's leading architectural firms. The OVO Hydro is located on the banks of the River Clyde, and its sleek design complements the surrounding cityscape.
