What kind of music do you love to dance to? Whether it's 60s rock n roll, 70s disco, 80s cheese, 90s clubland or recent chart hits, we have something for everyone!

Our dance fitness classes are 50 minutes of sweaty cardio and muscle toning. You'll be having so much fun that you won't even notice the time passing!

High and low impact options mean these classes are enjoyed by participants with all sorts of fitness levels and body types!
