About Eglinton Country Park
Immersed in a rich history, our Country Park gives you space and freedom to enjoy a wide range of pursuits. The area is crisscrossed with paths and bridleways which allow you to get closer to the natural world. Our Ranger Service has a busy programme of events tailored to young people and their families. Children will also love our All-Abilities Play Park and after the fun you can enjoy home-made snacks and a drink in the tea room.
The Visitor Centre
Our Visitor Centre has an exhibition on the Earls of Eglinton, local history and information on the 1839 tournament. Pay a visit to our gift shop where we have an extensive range of souvenirs and gifts. Children won't be able to resist the brand new state of the art all inclusive play areas. They can bounce, swing and slide to their hearts content!
Tournament Cafe
A trip to the Park wouldn't be complete without visiting the Tournament Cafe offering delicious food. If you prefer something cooling why not try the courtyard which offers a wide range of soft drinks, confectionery and our range of award winning Mancini's ice cream.
Campsite and Holiday Cottage
We have a holiday cottage which can be booked for short breaks and holidays.
We have also established a 50-pitch basic camping site including 30 hard-standing pitches.
