Enjoy a Ball is a multi sports coaching programme for both boys & girls age 3-9 years. All lessons are taught in a caring, positive, fun filled environment. Our objective is to make a child's first experience in a sporting environment happy & memorable.

As well as having an emphasis on high quality coaching; our classes are different from any other sports coaching in the area. Whilst the children benefit from physical development through a wide variety of sports, they also learn life and social skills.

We are currently concentrating on delivering sports coaching in and around East Renfrewshire as well as the Southside of Glasgow and invite any requests for classes and parties in these areas!

Enjoy-a-Ball’s philosophy provides a unique environment for your child to develop: you don’t need to be the next Cristiano Ronaldo, Mo Farrah or Andy Murray- sport is meant to be FUN and everyone can join in. Our classes are suitable for girls and boys of all abilities.
