This allows Members to train in any discipline without interference, in fact we encourage our Members to seek out other forms of martial arts to integrate into our training.
There are no age limits within our Association. The youngest student is 5 years old and our eldest is 75!
You do not have to be fit to train with us - we will get you fit. Our Coaching Certificates include teaching individuals with disabilities. We may ask you to check with your GP that you can take part.
We believe in training safe!
