Ultimate Frisbee is a fast-paced, athletic team sport for ages 7+ enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of players the world over, Glasgow Ultimate is the local club for all Ultimate Frisbee activities!

We run regular training sessions, leagues and tournaments for all ages and abilities.

Ultimate is a fast paced,non-contact team sport. Players run, throw, jump, catch and dive as they compete to score points for their team. It is similar to ball sports such as football, netball, rugby or hockey except that we use a flying disc!

Kids training for ages 7+ are on Wednesdays throughout the year, the first session is free!

Adult training is Wednesday and Sundays June-September. Training continues outside of these months but please join our Facebook group or email us for up to date information.
