ISLANDSLICE celebrates Genuine Caribbean rum and the story of its Founder and Head Distiller Sylvester Herman in every bottle.

Sylvester is a born and bred fourth generation Rum distiller from Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. With its dark roots in the sugarcane fields of the Caribbean, Sylvester wants to enlighten the world about the pain and pleasure to be found in the history and journey of rum and how it brings us all together.
