Our dedicated team of clinically trained Nuffield Health experts are on hand to support you, ensuring you reach your fitness goals.

When you join our Glasgow Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, you'll experience the unique Nuffield Health 3-step gym plan.

Your journey with us starts with our clinically approved Health MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. You'll then carry out a personalised gym programme for 3 months before having your second Health MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your score in your second MOT you're free to leave with no obligation.
