Inspired by the Kodaly and Colourstrings approach, these classes aim to help children develop musical skills through singing, playing and learning songs, rhymes and percussion instruments.
Travel to Musicland and discover the world of music through songs, games, rhymes, percussion, puppets, props, movement and live instruments.
These classes provide your child with a fun and engaging introduction to music.
Each week we develop our sense of pulse, rhythm and pitch and explore basic musical concepts such as fast/slow, loud/quiet, high/low and sound/silence. These concepts are introduced at different stages and at an age appropriate level.
By the end of their musical journey, children will be ready to learn a musical instrument having learned to read and write music notation in addition to the wealth of other musical skills they have developed in Musicland.
With 15 years of musical experience, professional musician Greg Irons is offering one-to-one drum lessons in and around Glasgow.
