Our aim as teachers is to help students to develop their practice, to celebrate their bodies, feel better, advance their postures, and explore yoga in its widest sense. However, the greatest gift we can give to students is a curioisity to discover how yoga practice can become a companion to support us through life’s winding and unpredictable pathways.
All our classes enable our yoga students to balance the body and mind through movement and stillness.
