Fun energetic Fitness & Dance classes ‘Strictly’ style!

Various fitness and dance classes in Rhu & Old Kilpatrick, designed for a fun and social escape from daily life.

We’ll take you through the FitSteps fitness programme for a full body dance workout incorporating all your favourite Strictly Ballroom & Latin moves. Get the heart rate pumping, body moving in a various of fitness from aerobic, chair based or resistance toning. All ages and abilities welcome.

Our Strictly style classes offer a fun and welcoming class for all ages and abilities. We will take you through fun, easy to learn routines that you can dance with or without a partner. Leave to dance like the Strictly stars you are!
