Sweaty Mama Mum & Baby Fitness
Sweaty Mama classes are fun, low impact cardio and resistance workouts for all fitness levels, designed to gradually build up your fitness & strength and enjoy exercising with your little ones.

You can wear Baby in a carrier, free-hold them or have them in their pram, car seat or on a mat beside you. Classes are suitable for Mums with little ones from 6 weeks - 4 years old.

Mamilates with Baby
Pre Natal, Post Natal, or just on your own, Mamilates is a low impact class focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation, with various options to support and challenge you as you safely rebuild your strength and fitness.

Sessions focus on core stability, strengthening your pelvic floor and easing the general daily aches and pains of Mum life.

Suitable for Mums with little ones from 6 weeks - approx 12 months/walking.

Sweaty Gym Mum & Baby Low Impact HIIT
Would you like to build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and train in a mummy friendly, female only environment without having to step foot in a gym?

Sweaty Gym allows you to do all this and more, along with guidance and support from a certified pre & postnatal fitness coach and the added bonus of being able to bring the little ones too.

Suitable for Mums with little ones from approx 6 months +.
