Offering live music five nights a week, good traditional pub food and a large selection of single malt whisky.
The pub is named after Islay, the southernmost island of the Inner Hebrides. Traditionally, the Islay Inn has seen many guests from the Scottish Highlands and Islands, who found a “home from home” in the Islay. Nowadays, the pub also attracts locals, international students - who live and study nearby - and tourists, who are always welcomed.

The Beer Café opened in 2002 in Glasgow's Merchant City. It is a family business operated by brothers Gerry and Kevin Febers.
