Good Italian cuisine uses only the freshest ingredients. That’s why we prepare our sauces and breads daily. We use only San Marzano tomatoes for our sauces and pizzas. And talking of our pizzas, we prepare them to DOC standard, using only double ‘0’ grade flour, extra virgin olive oil and mozzarella di bufala – add our passion and skill and this is probably why they win awards.
In short, we’re passionate about what we do. We love what we do and we want others to share our enthusiasm. We want you to come and have a great eating out experience. It really is as simple as that. So now we’ve told you what the Italian Kitchen is all about, why not head down to the Italian restaurant in Glasgow’s Merchant City and find out for yourself.
For a memorable dining experience, come down and see why we call The Chip one of the best places to eat out in Glasgow!
