VEGA is the perfect place to welcome in 2023 with panoramic views of Glasgow, classic comfort food and all round good vibes.
For those firmly committed to the cause and subscribing to Veganuary, dry January or cleaner living in 2023, VEGA’s plant-based menu and mocktails are here to help. Whether aiming to cut down on your meat intake, choosing to go alcohol-free for the night, or none of the above - guests can enjoy 30% off ALL food and drink this month.
Ts&Cs: Running all day Sunday - Thursday until 31 January 2022, the offer is available for advance bookings only, parties of six or less. Visit vegaglasgow.com and select the booking option ‘LIGHTSPEED 30’ to take advantage of the offer.
VEGA has Veganuary sorted with an array of plant-based dishes on offer all year round. Veggies and vegans will love VEGA’s Vegan Beyond Burgers with smoked Applewood vegan cheese and chipotle ketchup, or pinto and black bean chilli, slaw, mustard and BBQ sauce. Keep things light with a Halloumi Salad, or warm up with the Sweet Chilli Tatty - a baked sweet potato filled with pinto and black bean chilli and pico de gallo.
For the meat-eaters and dairy lovers, or those who have decided to start their new year resolutions in February…VEGA’s usual favourites are also available with 30% off the full menu.
Opt for VEGA’s classic Chicken Burger, with fried chicken, Monterey jack cheese, hot sauce, mayo, hash brown, lettuce and pickles or spice things up with the Curried Dog, a grilled hotdog with curried ketchup, mustard and crispy shallots.
For a January treat, try VEGA’s indulgent desserts - from fresh Warm Churros served up with cinnamon sugar and dulce de leche, or a Double Chocolate Brownie with vanilla ice cream and cherry sauce.
VEGA’s Cosmic Cocktail menu is the perfect way to usher in the new year with guests able to enjoy classics like Porn Star Martinis or an Orange and Honey Sour. Those looking for alcohol-free options this January can sample VEGA’s Zero Gravity Cocktails from a refreshing Spring Mountain Punch or Mojo Redux.
As Glasgow’s only bowling alley in the sky, there’s something for everyone at VEGA this month - whether it’s hitting the pins with pals at the venue’s ten-pin bowling alley, tucking into a delicious sharing platter, or toasting to a fresh start.
VEGA takes over the entire seventh floor of YOTEL Glasgow with extraordinary views and neon-lit decor. And of course, no journey to VEGA would be complete without a trip in the one-of-a-kind disco lift. Transporting guests via an immersive and interactive sound and light experience, the lift sets the scene for a memorable night ahead and is sure to brighten up those January blues!
Euan Wilson, General Manager of VEGA said: “Our first full year as a venue, 2022 was a landmark year for VEGA and we’re excited for another huge year in 2023.
“To help customers ring in the new year the VEGA way, we’re offering 30% off all food and drink this January. We hope it makes the month a little brighter for our guests and we can’t wait to reveal what we have in store for this year - don’t miss out, book now!”
