After 50 incredible years, rock & roll music is truly alive and kicking in the hands of this amazing band. Showaddywaddy have long been established as Europe’s most successful ever exponents of retro-inspired rock & roll with Twenty-three Top 40 hit singles, including ten Top 5 hits ‘Under The Moon of Love’, ‘When’, ‘You Got What It Takes’, ‘Three Steps To Heaven’, ‘Hey Rock & Roll’ and many more with fifteen massive selling albums (including the Christmas Number 1 in 1978).
2023 seems destined to be one of their most memorable years on record, with their massive 100 plus date tour to mark the band’s 50th anniversary, and the year commemorated by the release of a career-spanning ‘Anthology’ featuring classic recordings previously unreleased tracks, remixes and historic live performances.
The Showaddywaddy current fantastic line-up features Romeo Challenger (Drums/Vocals/Percussion), Andy Pelos (Lead Vocals/Acoustic Guitar), Tom Bull (Bass/Upright Bass/Guitar/Vocals), Billy Shannon: (Lead Vocals/Guitar), David Graham (Saxophone/Guitar/Vocals) and Sam Holland (Lead Guitar/Drums/Vocals) – recreating the unique blend of vocal harmonies and dynamic rock ‘n’ roll for which the ‘Waddies’ are known and loved the world over.
