About The Courage of Compassion - Studio Weekend Retreat With Pema Deki
For this retreat Pema will guide, teach and encourage participants to understand and deeply connect with the transformative power of compassion.
This will include step by step compassion meditation practice from Bhutan. All participants will get a text before and other supportive materials.
Pema is known globally for her accessible Buddhist teachings and work to support others. Pema is also a coach, yoga teacher, author of her story in the book 'Set Free', founder and CEO of the Charity 'Opening your heart to Bhutan' supporting children with special needs.
Delicious lunches, hot drinks and homemade cakes will be served over both days.
Total cost for in studio place for both days £180. Online places available -£80 for full weekend, should you prefer to join us from your own home.
Emma is a highly experienced teacher so all levels of practitioner are welcome on the retreat. Concession places available, please contact us directly for details.
