Kids Ceramics: Handbuilding with Clay
A handbuilding class for children age 8+ where we will learn the basics of slab building with clay and make our own cups with jungle-themed handles!

Handbuilding with Clay: Jungle Cups Class
We will spend the first half of the session building these, and the second half will be spent decorating the cups with coloured slip.
The cups will then be fired and ready to collect from the Art Space in a few weeks time!
You don’t need any previous clay experience to take part.
What to bring
All clay and tools will be provided.
Aprons will also be provided and clay does wash out of clothes, but please wear something that you don’t mind getting a bit messy.
We will have a break halfway through the session so please bring along any snacks you might need.
