About Yin and Restore - A Yoga Practice For Late Summer
Late Summer begins in late August and finishes on the Autumn Equinox. The season is associated with the Earth element and the energy of the stomach and spleen – the organs of digestion, sustenance, and nourishment. We will practice grounding and balancing yin yoga for Late Summer followed by a deeply nourishing, restful, and relaxing restorative yoga practice.
